Migrated a site from Google Analytics to Umami

I moved a custom site's analytics from Google Analytics to Umami, an open-source, GDPR-friendly alternative.

There were three reasons. The client was growing steadily more uneasy about Google Analytics and data protection; Umami's plainer interface is far easier to understand; and it is straightforward to connect to an AI tool, which now gives them a daily read on visits, sources, funnels and anything worth acting on.
