- I map what you depend on domains, hosting, mail, payments, analytics, and who controls each
- I identify 'single points of failure' the accounts that would take everything else down
- I move your assets into your own name make sure no assets are registered with an agency or an ex-employee
- I set up backups you can actually restore from held somewhere independent of the provider
- I document the process so recovery can really work
