Locked out
Somewhere there is an account that is yours, and you cannot get into it: the hosting panel, the domain registrar, the Google Business Profile, the Facebook Business Manager, a listing on a review site.
The cause is usually one of a handful of things. The account was set up by someone who has since left, the recovery address is a mailbox nobody reads any more, or the platform has simply decided it no longer believes you are you.
